Let’s hope that the tv-radio delay isn’t that bad for TBS. I don’t know about anyone else, but my delay varies from day to day and channel to channel. Now I haven’t made it a secret that I don’t particularly enjoy listening to Pat and Ron because Ron is hard for me to handle sometimes. [...]

The Cubs have successfully sucked the life out of me after this weekend. The only thing keeping me from a complete meltdown after being swept by the White Sox is that the Cubs swept them the weekend before. The White Sox hit the cover off the ball and our pitching staff

Yes, I was at Wrigley for the awful game on Thursday against the Baltimore Orioles. This game was painful for me to sit through. I am willing to take responsibility for this ugly game. I took

Well, if the Cubs were to get to the World Series and face the Rays, let’s hope the National League pulls through in the All-Star Game and gives the Cubs home field advantage. The Cubs have lots of travel and not very much rest

It appears that Alfonso Soriano will be out another six weeks after breaking his hand in last night’s game. This will be Soriano’s second stint on the DL this year. The Cubs did well without him last time

As I laid in bed last night, satisfied with the Cubs extra-inning win and delighted with the fact that Soriano slapped a base hit, I created the following scenerio in the form of a lucid dream:
I imagined pausing the world after Fontenot touched homeplate to win the game. Soriano and I

A weekend in Pittsburgh is, well, you know what happened. Although Aramis Ramirez, the Cub RBI machine got key hits in both of the Cubs’ losses, the Cubbies found ways to lose. A lost fly ball

* This homestand was just great. At the beginning of the homestand, the Cubs were 2 games behind the Cardinals. After going 8-2, the Cubbies are now 2 games up. The most remarkable aspect of this homestand was
